A practice built around the belief that physiotherapy and guided movement belong together, delivered by practitioners who have spent their careers at that intersection.

Claudia Cook

Physiotherapist
Pilates Instructor
Breath Educator

Born and raised in New Zealand, I completed my physiotherapy degree there before relocating to Australia in 2008. Currently, I reside in Sydney's Northern Beaches with my husband and our three wonderful children.

I love staying active, spending time outdoors, running,  ocean swimming and spending time with friends and family. I am so fortunate to love my work. I love practicing physiotherapy, I love learning, and delving into the root causes of my patients' conditions.

Personally, being hypermobile and having experienced what sometimes feels like all the injuries, has provided me with valuable insights. This journey encouraged me study further into breathing, the thoracic ring theory, core strength, and gain a deeper understanding of the human body to better assist my patients.

What began as professional development, unexpectedly led me to discover solutions for my own and my family's issues that I didn't know were connected. The interconnectedness of the body fascinates me the most, and I have come to realize the immense power of simply breathing.

Riley Bodger

APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist
APPI Certified Pilates Instructor
Unite Health Pilates Lead Educator

I grew up in New Zealand and spent ten years in Melbourne before making the move to the Northern Beaches in 2021.

I have spent my career across musculoskeletal private practice and high performance sport, including four years as Head of Medical at Carlton Football Club AFLW. Working alongside sports doctors, exercise physiologists and dieticians taught me what genuinely collaborative care looks like and what it can achieve. That approach travels with me into every setting I work in.

I have also been teaching Pilates for over ten years. What I love most about it is what it gives back to patients who have stopped trusting their own bodies after injury. Movement is where recovery actually happens. Watching someone find that again is one of the best parts of this job.

Outside the clinic I am mum to our little boy Fred, with a second baby on the way. Life is busy and full in the best way. When I get the chance, you will find me with a coffee, on a walk, or near the water.

Our Story

Riley and Claudia met studying physiotherapy in New Zealand and have worked alongside each other ever since. Across clinics in Hervey Bay, Melbourne, and now Manly. Over two decades they have treated together, learned together, and spent a considerable amount of time talking about how they would do things if they built something of their own.

Forme is that something.

The practice brings together everything that they have accumulated, across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, breath and core rehabilitation, exercise prescription, and ongoing postgraduate education. It is not a generalist clinic that happens to offer Pilates. It is a practice built around the belief that physiotherapy and guided movement belong together, delivered by practitioners who have spent their careers at that intersection.

What has kept Riley and Claudia working together for this long is not just shared history. It is a shared standard. A commitment to thorough assessment, honest communication, and treatment that addresses the root of a problem rather than managing its surface.
